9	Personnel We have a staff of 180 workers in our factory, Decked by a dedicated team qualified, with many years in research, development, design and production in the lithium battery field. We have complete series of Li/SOCl2 and Li/MnO2 batteries which contain more than 50 basic sizes and models. Our team successfully developed or improved more than 20 kinds of lithium models specializing in both high or low temperature situations. The large current drain was improved too. as well as nearly hundred kinds of devices mould for the battery pack or assembly.
10	Technical support Our company employs 20 experienced technical staff with PHD, Master or BSC qualifications with up to 25 years of experience in this field. The assistant Director from our research and development Center, Dr. Chen Hua ,who has been engaged for 10 years in research and development of lithium batteries has worked on many projects for national and provincial sectors. He established a long-term technical cooperation relationship with the Geology university of China, and cooperatively they continuously innovate and develop new products in this industry.

13	QC Engineer Wu from the Quality Control Dept. has more than 10 years of experience in lithium battery production and quality control management. In the production management, we adopt advanced management systems, such as 5s and the fine production and the SPC methods, to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. 23	Product Quality Plan Our company operates a comprehensive quality plan that enables it to manufacture products that meet both customer requirements and production specifications. 24	Incoming Inspection of Raw Materials Every shipment of raw materials to our factory must pass incoming inspection to confirm required parameters, identification and grade of each batch.. All the results are tabulated recorded and for future reference.
25	In-process inspection The inspection methods used in Forte battery division production place emphasis on training and evaluation of the workers for a particular work-station and on authorizing him to perform the inspection of the output of his station. The in-process inspection includes self-inspection and statistical process control, which the workers perform continuously throughout the whole production process in accordance with instructions. Each worker records are tabulated on the appropriate control chart and used to initiate corrective action where required.
26	Sample Verification Prior to the commencement of production of any customer order, our samples team determine the number samples to be taken for each order/project. And the data is recorded on a manufacturing chart for use by the production team. This chart will be in accordance with the product specifications and the customer contract. Inspection by the general engineer and production manager is undertaken and the data given to the sales department to be provided to the client.
27	In-process inspection The statistical process control plan for the ultimate control of Forte lithium battery tracking file No. quantity ,discharge capacity ,opening voltage, loading voltage, size and packing, all this details are recorded in the control chart. The in-process inspection is also part of the TQC philosophy .Thus, the worker at a station receiving supplies from another, checks the quality of work of the supplying station. His findings are recorded on the TQC check sheet and used for quality evaluation and corrective action as necessary.
28	Final Inspection of Products Every product , lot or batch is submitted for final inspection by QC Dept. Inspectors in accordance with the product specification and the customer contract. This is up addition to the ongoing inspections that are made by production personnel on 100% of the production and others made by QC Dept inspectors on a random sampling basis during the manufacturing process.
29	Traceability Trace-ability starts at the incoming inspection of materials and continues through to final inspection and shipping of the product. It is made effective by clear marking, proper records and documentation that make it possible to identify, trace and investigate the product , process or test.
30	Safety Guarantee The following cell features ensure safe cell behavior: 1.The electrochemical system is non-pressurized. 2.The safe internal design includes a limited electrode surface area for limiting any short circuit current 3. Hermetic sealing isolates the cell chemicals from the outside atmosphere, in offering protection even under extreme temperature cycling conditions. 4.The electrolyte is non-flammable.

33	Quality Guarantee Forte Lithium Thionyl Chloride (Li/SOCL2) batteries are reliable and safe. They are a superior power source, combining the highest energy density and voltage, longest service life, lowest self-discharge, plus the widest temperature range of any battery commercially available. Our company strive to establish new and long-standing relationships with our customers, and guarantee to meet the our commitments on time every time. 1. Customers should place purchase orders 15-30 days before the expected ex-factory delivery time. 2.The customers accept the commodities according to the negotiated inspection standards or technical requirements both parties have agreed to in writing, however the customer should raise any quality complaints within 60 days after receiving batteries in order for Forte to accept any complaint for review.
34	Quality Guarantee 3. Forte offer a one year quality guarantee after the receipt of the cargo, if the battery can’t meet with the agreed technical data or becomes ineffective during normal operation and storage. Our company guarantees the replacement of the defective C-link Lithium Cells. 4. Forte lithium cells offer superior safety and are free of heavy metals so they are environmentally friendly. The customer should digest the following important safety data of lithium batteries. 1) Forte undertake no responsibility for the leakage or explosion due to the buyer’s misuse. 2) Do not over-discharge, crush, incinerate or disassemble the battery. 3) Do not use the battery continuously above the limited battery current (the largest stated pulse current). 4) Do not short or attempt to recharge the battery. 5) Do not heat above 100℃(High temperature type not above 150℃).
35	Quality Guarantee 6) Remove cells from their devices as soon as the cut-off voltage is reached. 7) Improper handling the battery will cause swelling, leaking or crushing fire. 8) If the end users have a high demand for Forte Lithium Cells, our company will offer our engineers for technical training on the installation of our lithium batteries. 9) Forte should be immediately informed if there are drastic changes in the environmental conditions into which the lithium batteries were initially installed. 10)The operating temperature range is from -55--+85 degrees centigrade. 5.
